Human slavery have been abolished, all thanks to civilization and religious practices, but the worst slavery was introduce after the former was gone. "Mental Slavery" A lot of people have ideas and opinions but don't know how to execute them, or don't have the opportunity to make them a reality or the resources to fulfill those dreams. ✳Those ideas and opinions end up dying in them before they were even spoken out.Speaking out is one advice we must encourage people to do, in order to free their mind and relief them from Depression. ✳People who don't share what's it's in them, end up depressed and enslaved in their minds. A lot of potentials (Innovation, productivity and creativity) are hidden in the unspoken mind. If we can give people the platform, audience, listening ears, shoulders and help they need, a huge percentage of Depression would be curbed.
