My take on the AMVCA dress Invoice.

Outside the Nigerian setting, you won't see wives of Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, Warren Buffett or Tim Cook's wife owner of iPhone company  pay millions of dollars on a dress for an occasion. 

Even in Nigeria, you won't see Tony Elumelu's wife, Otedola's wife or Influential people in the business cycle wearing a dress worth millions just to attend an occasion.
Not because they can't afford it but because they are business minded people and they know when money is being wasted on things that don't have Value or things that won't generate more money.
Don't get me wrong, it's not bad to look good on expensive dresses, and I also know that some people derive joy in looking good or maybe trying to Impress or intimidate others with their outfits. 
The bottom line is, you need to know when something is 'Important' but not necessary or when you 'Want' something that is not a 'Need'. 
Pay more attention on Valuable things not Vain things.

In a close meeting yesterday with the Vice President Shettima, Chief of Staff, his cabinet members, The President spoke extensively about the Democracy of today and how he feels the pain of Nigerians since he has faced same challenges of this Democracy in the past.
